We kicked it off with a swim at the motel pool, then wound up playing mini golf at Castle Fun Park in Abbotsford to avoid some pretty terrible traffic on the Highway.
I am grateful for the multicultural Asian experience that is Aberdeen Centre in Richmond. We dined on noodles and shopped at Daiso.
I am grateful for the ferry, this time we saw orcas. Farley was preoccupied with his new toy airplane from Daiso, but Coop got a good look.
I am very grateful for the feeling of elation I get driving off the ramp and onto the Island I now call home. It’s nice to be back on my own terra firma.
And, I am grateful to come home to Julie. It’s been a while since we’ve been apart this long, it’s nice to be reunited.
